Bigs‎

All of the dishes can be served w/ one of our three sauces: sweet – a thick, sweet, savory sauce. Spicy heavy on the pepper spices, just enough kick to let you know it’s there but not overpowering. Tangy the cider vinegar comes through along w/ a little bit of spice

Baby Back Ribs, 1/2 or Full Rack

Our ribs are neatly trimmed & liberally doused w/ our house rub – a nice, balanced blend w/ a little kick of spice. They’re smoked & cooked to 185-190 degrees & allowed to rest to ensure they fall off the bone but don’t dry out. Eat them dry or choose from one of our three sauces.

Tender Smoked Brisket

Our brisket is rubbed w/ a spicy house rub & then smoked for over 12 hours to break the meat down to a tender, delicate dish. We recommend the spicy sauce.

Hickory Smoked Chicken

We smoke whole chickens in order to serve the juiciest & richest bird possible. We recommend the sweet sauce.

Slow Smoked Pull Pork

Before we put the bone-in pork shoulder in the smoker we remove the fat cap & trim as much fat as possible to create the perfect consistency. After smoking for 8-12 hours the meat is hand-pulled, never chopped. We recommend the tangy sauce.

Urban Mac ‘N’ Cheese

To put it simply, we’re proud of our mac ‘n’ cheese. We don’t cook it until you order it & it’s served in the skillet it’s baked in. There are three cheeses; smoked gouda, parmesan, cheddar. And if that isn’t enough we throw in some prosciutto & top it w/ a crispy bread crumb topping. Definitely a house favorite.
